HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS FOR?
At LawnCare4You.com we don’t believe in residential lawn care contracts! We either mutually decide that we’re a great fit to work together or we can part ways as friends.
IS THERE A MINIMUM SERVICE REQUIREMENT?
Yes. We require all new residential lawn mowing clients to enroll in a minimum of six lawn care services.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR LAWN MOWING?
Lawn mowing prices vary due to various factors to include the size of the property, flat or sloped terrain, number of trees or obstacles needed to weed whack around. However our base prices are $40.00 for a weekly service of a lot up-to 7,000 square feet and $50.00 for BiWeekly (every two weeks) and $5.00 per every additional 1,000 square feet or portion thereof up-to 11,000 square feet. Lots over 11,000 sqft will require an onsite estimate.
DO YOU PROVIDE ONE-TIME PROPERTY CLEANUPS?
Yes. We provide one-time property cleanups to properties with grass over one foot tall. One-time property cleanups need a property review and a custom service quote.
CAN I SKIP A SCHEDULED SERVICE?
Yes. Clients can skip a scheduled service with 48 hour’s notice but will incur a service-skip fee of $20.00.
CAN I STOP MY ONGOING SCHEDULED SERVICES?
Yes. We love to work with our clients and we understand that sometimes they simply have to temporarily stop lawn services. With that said, once you temporarily stop your scheduled services in order to keep your property’s position on our route roster due to high demand we will charge your credit card on file a $25.00 position fee per stopped Weekly or Bi-Weekly service. Once you’re ready to resume your regular service you simply inform us and we will resume servicing your property without delays. However, if your property then has tall grass, we will send you an estimate for your approval.
DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS?
No. In order to streamline and optimize our billing department, we opted not to accept personal checks. This helps us to focus more time on providing great service to our clients and not spending extra time on billing and processing checks.
DO YOU HAUL PLASTIC LEAF BAGS?
Yes. We can haul plastic leaf bags off your property for $7.00 per bag and a $75.00 response and dump fee. This service is only offered to our weekly or biweekly lawn mowing clients.
WHERE CAN WE OBTAIN PAPER LEAF BAGS FROM?
Paper leaf bags can be obtained through home improvement stores like Home Depot, Lowes and ACE Hardware.
DO YOU ACCEPT CARDS?
Yes. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure third party preferred vendor.
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE FOR SERVICES?
Payments for services are due once service is completed. We will e-mail you an invoice shortly after the service was completed and you’ll have two days after the completion day to open your invoice and pay by 5:00 p.m. Invoices not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the second day after the work was completed will be processed by LawnCare4You.com after 6:00 p.m. by charging your card on file.
EXAMPLE: Completion Day MONDAY. Two days after is Wednesday by 5:00 p.m.
CAN I TIP MY SERVICE CREW?
Yes! However, tipping through the invoice link is capped at 20% of the total service fee per invoice. You can select a tip of 5%, 8%, 10%, or 20%.
